Trust, in plain English.
What we do today, what stays on your device and what you can ask us about. Showesy is in a pilot: these are practical notes, not certifications or service guarantees.

Website
These site pages add no cookies, analytics or third-party embeds. Contact details are sent to our team via Resend only when you submit the form. There is no newsletter signup.
Workspace
The app uses essential sign-in cookies. Campaign recovery drafts stay in your browser; workspace content is stored on Azure and is moving to Cloudflare’s EU storage. Customer-added TikTok or Instagram posts contact those providers during playback or preview and may involve their cookies.
Games
Public games on
/gamesneed no login. Best scores and the sound choice stay in your browser’s local storage. The games set no cookies and send no analytics.Games on screens
Where a business turns on games on its screens, a phone joins by QR code without login. Our server counts the score and keeps a random nickname, the score and any prize code for the round. We never ask players for a name, email or phone number. Prize codes are stored only as one-way hashes. Games played with a direct phone-to-screen connection ask Cloudflare’s free STUN service for the device’s public network address, and may pass their encrypted taps through Cloudflare’s relay when the devices cannot reach each other directly.
TVs store their pairing key and cached content on the device for playback. Clearing browser data removes local data and can require pairing again. Hosting and email providers still process the technical information needed to deliver the service.

Ask us about the documents and review status relevant to your pilot. We do not publish unreviewed contracts here. AI Studio makes images on Showesy’s own AI machine: prompts, reference images and results stay with Showesy and in your environment’s media library, and no third-party AI service receives them. ShowesyIQ’s suggestions come from Showesy’s own rules and never change anything without your approval.
