This is a reachability check of /api/health from your connection, not independent monitoring. It does not test email delivery, media storage, every TV or social providers. “All systems operational” means this check passed, not an uptime guarantee.
Your screens, while offline.
TVs keep playing the last complete, cached campaign or playlist when the connection drops. New content waits until it has downloaded and passed its checks. First use needs internet, and clearing or losing browser storage removes the offline copy.
TikTok and Instagram posts still need internet. An optional, previously cached reserve image can appear instead; otherwise the player shows a status message.
About platform incidents.
Microsoft Azure’s public status page, status.azure.com, covers Azure platform incidents, and www.cloudflarestatus.com covers Cloudflare’s. They are separate from Showesy and do not report the state of your workspace or screens.
